As we approach Term 3 of 2025, it is time for Arc re-affiliation and most importantly, our clubs Annual General Meeting.
For our full members - those signed up on SpARC and through our discord verification form, you are able to vote for any constitutional changes and elections in this meeting!
Make sure you plan ahead and join the discord server prior to the AGM!

⚠️2026 New Executive Training will be held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of November 2025 in-person at the Roundhouse. At least TWO Executives from each Club are required to attend ONE of the days. If you are nominating for an Executive position, please save these dates.
Additionally, Arc will be hosting a Clubs Leaders Welfare Training for 2026 Executives on the 20th of October 2025. If you are nominating for a Welfare, Grievance or EDI Officer role, please save these dates.
